Welcome to DronePortal.app. This guide takes you through seven steps from sign-up to a working client portal. No technical knowledge required — if you can upload a photo, you can do this.

Create an account

Click "Start Free Trial" and fill in your details. You'll receive a confirmation email; click the link to activate your account. Your 14-day trial starts immediately — no credit card required.

Your dashboard

After logging in, you land on your dashboard. Here you see your projects, units, and recent activity at a glance. Everything is managed from here.

Create a project

A project groups related inspections together — for example one assignment, one neighbourhood, or one construction site. Click "New project", give it a name, and you're ready to add units.

Add a unit

A unit is one address or inspection point within a project — for example one property. Fill in the location and client details. Each unit gets its own secure client portal.

Upload images

Upload your thermal and visual photos to the unit. DronePortal automatically recognises the type (thermal or visual) and processes the images. Drag them in or select them — the rest is automatic.

Give your client access

Each unit has a unique access code. Send it to your client by email or letter. With that code, the client opens their personal portal — no account or password required.

What your client sees

Your client opens a professional portal with thermal images, temperature measurements, and any 3D models or reports. All in your house style, securely protected.
