All prices are per month and exclude VAT. Belgian customers are charged 21% VAT. For EU customers outside Belgium, VAT is reverse-charged upon provision of a valid VAT number.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days full Professional access, up to 10 units, no credit card required. You can import real projects and show clients the portal before committing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month billing. Cancel before the next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Do I need to install anything?

No. DronePortal.app is fully web-based. You upload via your browser, clients view via their browser. No plugins, no desktop software.

Which DJI drones are supported?

Any DJI drone that embeds GPS EXIF data in photos — which is all current DJI Enterprise models. The thermal viewer is optimized for DJI M30T and M300 RTK with H20T/H30T payloads.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. Data is stored on EU servers, access is code-protected, nothing is publicly indexed, and we provide a Data Processing Agreement on request.

Does my client need to create an account?

No. Your client receives a single link (on your own branded subdomain) and an access code per project. No registration, no password to forget, no app to install — it works on any device. The code is per project, so your client only sees their own delivery, and you can revoke access at any time.
