Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Droneview.be / DronePortal.app, with registered office at Kleine Vinnestraat 7, 3803 Duras (Sint-Truiden), Limburg, Belgium — VAT BE.0534.916.002 (hereinafter "we", "us" or "DronePortal.app") — and the user of the DronePortal.app platform (hereinafter "you" or "Operator").

2. Services

DronePortal.app provides a SaaS platform that allows Operators to share drone inspection results (thermal images, visual photos, 3D models) with end clients via a secure, personalised portal.

• An admin interface for uploading and managing inspection data
• Access links or codes for end clients
• A thermal image viewer and photo gallery
• File storage on European servers

3. Account registration

You must register with accurate and current information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

4. Free trial

New Operators receive a 14-day free trial with a maximum of 10 units. After the trial period ends, you must activate a paid subscription to maintain access. We reserve the right to modify or end the trial period without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Available plans (Starter, Professional, Agency) and their pricing are listed on the pricing page. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Billing is monthly in advance. In case of non-payment, DronePortal.app reserves the right to temporarily suspend access.

6. Subscription, term and cancellation

Term and renewal. The subscription is entered into for a period of one month and is automatically renewed each month unless cancelled.

Pricing and VAT. The prices shown are per month and exclude VAT. Customers established in Belgium are charged 21% VAT. For customers established in the EU outside Belgium, VAT is reverse-charged provided a valid VAT number is supplied. In the absence of a valid VAT number, VAT may be charged.

Cancellation. You may cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for; it is not renewed thereafter. No refund is given for the current or already-paid period.

Waiver of right of withdrawal. This is a digital service made available immediately upon subscription, with your express consent. You hereby acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. In addition, you may try the service free of charge for 14 days before taking out a paid subscription.

Data deletion. After termination of the subscription, your account and the associated data are deleted no later than 30 days after the end date. If you wish your data to be deleted sooner, you may request this.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change prices. Any price change is announced at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel the subscription before it takes effect; the service then remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

7. Data and content

You own the inspection data you upload and are solely responsible for its legality and accuracy. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents for capturing, processing and sharing the images and personal data involved (see also our Privacy Policy).

You grant DronePortal.app a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

8. Prohibited use

• Illegal activities or content
• Sharing images or data without the required authorisation
• Hacking, scraping or automated attacks on the infrastructure
• Reselling the service without our prior written consent

9. Availability and maintenance

We target 99.5% uptime. We reserve the right to temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for damages resulting from interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Liability

DronePortal.app is a tool for sharing inspection results. Professional interpretation of inspection data remains the responsibility of the Operator. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the last 3 months.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless legal retention obligations apply.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. For material changes, active Operators will be notified by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Hasselt (Limburg, Belgium).
